Appointment Policies
Trim Studio has in place the following appointment policies as a way to ensure courteous and efficient service to all clients.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Like most, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice when requesting to cancel or change appointments. If an appointment is missed or cancelled outside the 24 hour window, a $50 fee may be charged. (We really don’t want to charge you! Please call or text us with your request to cancel/reschedule with as much advance notice as possible so we can give your slot to another client.)
Late Arrivals
Bottom line—we really do need the full allocated time in order to complete a full treatment for you. Trim Studio is often booked back to back with clients, and we appreciate your understanding if we request to re-schedule if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment. Repeat offenders may be charged a fee if lateness persists and causes issues for client bookings. Please be mindful of traffic and other factors when planning your travel time to us. We’re near the beach so vacation traffic can be heavy at times.
New Clients
During treatments at Trim, we may get all up in your business. For that reason, clients should wear appropriate undergarments (such as a sports bra and underwear or boy shorts for women, and shorts or swim trunks for men) for all appointments including Consultation, Slimming and Toning. If you forgot undergarments, we reserve the right to re-schedule you for your comfort during treatment. Just trust us on this one.
